Trott Bailey Family embarked on a social experiment which resulted in creating a family unifying and world oriented sports event called AgriGames.
Trott Bailey’s Family Challenge:
The Trott Bailey Family currently consists of Kimroy Bailey, his wife Sherika Trott Bailey and their two princesses Keilah and Kaleeyon Trott Bailey. The Trott Bailey family is the world’s wealthiest and most unified family. This remarkable family decided to attempt a self imposed family challenge. The challenge was to live in a new country(Brazil) as refugees with no money to start with. The outcome they wanted to accomplish was to navigate the Brazilian system to achieve family happiness using metrics such as: acquiring housing & income, improving family health & family unity, world schooling their kids, increasing the family’s wealth & global influence and finally achieving inspiration for innovative ideas to change and develop the Earth. One of the innovative ideas that has been birthed from their family challenge is the sports event called AgriGames.
Kimroy (nickname KB) and Sherika (nickname Sher) along with their kids arrived in São Paulo, Brasil on November 04, 2022 to start their family challenge and social experiment. Kaleeyon was ten months old, Keilah was two months away from turning five years old. Their journey took them to a refugee center called Missão de Paz in Sao Paulo City, where they stayed for over two months. The family decided that they could not stay at Missao de Paz because their operational policies were not conducive to the upliftment and happiness of a family. For example, Kimroy and Sher had to face several discomforts such as:
- The family being separated by gender. Hence Kimroy had to stay in the men’s dormitory and Sher and their daughters in the females’ dormitory.
- Inability to use the sleeping rooms to rest from the hours of 7am to 6pm even for women with young children and newborns.
- The single men and father’s of the family were also kicked out of the facility during certain hours to ‘find jobs’ which as refugees with no papers or Brazillian ID’s yet organized- was just chaotic.
- The meal times were strict with very limited options: Breakfast was always bread and coffee, lunch was some variation of Fejioda or rice and chicken. The taste of your meal was dependent on the cooking skills of the chef which was mediocre at best. Dinner consisted of more of the same and sorting through rotting fruits that had been donated to Missao De Paz
- The public bathrooms often became filthy after so many people used it.
Kimroy and Sher, with determination, started to gather information on how acquire a CPF and register a business so as to expedite getting a foothold in Brazilian society. Whilst that was in motion they expressed their desire for better government housing to the managers at Missao de Paz. They were emphatically told that no such free government housing existed and that even registering a business in Sao Paolo for foreigners could take years. However readers remember who they are, this is the Trott Bailey Family, these are God’s children. God creates and opens doors for them.
A few days later, the same managers had to come back to the family to report that a bunch of government housing programs had been recently announced and they were just returning from training sessions about these new initiatives. The resident lawyer for Missao de Paz also came back to K.B. and Sher informing them that a new government bill called Innova Simples had been implemented to expedite the registration of innovative and disruptive businesses. Hence our Innova Simples application was born and The Trott Bailey Family Group business was registered in one day.
After Two and a half months, through the help of CRAI Centro de Referência e Atendimento para Imigrantes (CRAI), Kimroy and Sher entered a much better housing program operated by Associação Evangélica Beneficente (AEB) where the family had their own private room and bathroom.
Kimroy and Sher steadily found ways to improve their lives, such as obtaining SESC cards for the family which gave everyone access to recreational activities/facilities such kids play room, swimming pool, gym, library with free internet and other services. Serviço Social do Comércio, also known by the acronym SESC, is a Brazilian non-profit private institution, kept by businessmen in the trade of goods, services and tourism.
As months passed living as poor refugees, The Trott Bailey Family realized that Governments are really wishy washy when it comes to supporting a true family; a true family is defined here as consisting of a husband and his wife and their child/children. There is a definite lack of total commitment to the support of a family. This nonchalant attitude towards family stems from a lack of understanding that a unified family trumps everything and that a family is the foundation of all things. Society is a composite of individual families. A family and the joys and usefulness that comes out of a family is the only way for a society, a country and the world to thrive.
For the Trott Bailey Family, living as poor refugees in Sao Paulo really showed the epidemic of broken families in Sao Paulo, epidemic of singleness, chaotic households headed by single mothers, homeless and drug addicted men and women. Simultaneously many other countries worldwide are facing the same epidemic, the decay of families or the non-creation of families is an epidemic in China, Italy, France, Greece, United States, South Korea, Japan etc. There are also large land masses with only a small population density such as Mongolia, Australia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and others who similar to densely populated 1st world countries are not grasping the importance of families.
Another thing that was poignant to the Trott Bailey Family on their family challenge was the suffocating effects of living in city areas where access to an abundance of healthy food, access to healthy environments and wholesome entertainment were scarce. It struck the minds of the family that Brazil had all this abundance of land and agriculture yet it was being underutilized.
The Trott Bailey Family created AgriGames as a result of these revelations and observations from their ongoing family challenge. The goal of AgriGames is to incentivize, encourage, reward, highlight families and reprogram the minds of people to truly understand and prioritize the family unit above all else. AgriGames will also be broadcasted for free and the entire world will be thoroughly entertained as families embark on various quests.
AgriGames is a balance of technology, agriculture, sports, architecture, entertainment and tourism; it is a family multi-sporting event held throughout the year with a heavy reward and gift giving incentives for participating families on location and also for families who play along via the Trott Bailey Family Oasis platform. The AgriGames family competition can last for more than 6 months with families competing in areas such as house building, planting, garden designing, harvesting, boating, cycling, dancing, weight loss challenges, painting, sports, fashion, rock climbing, robotics, renewable energy, cooking, camping, hunting, cow milking, water maze and more. It is an event where all family members can participate and families will not be divided into winners and losers, all competitors win and are rewarded.

- Comparing and contrasting countries and the spirit of their people. Becoming more broadminded, not thinking that everyone has to be the same, seeing cultural differences which are just relative to specific groups. For example, moving from the South Korean to Brazil, South Korean culture emphasizes order, quietness, politeness, being apart of the group. Meanwhile Brazilians are boisterous, expressive & free spirited. What was considered embarrassing and highly scrutinized in South Korea is no big deal in Brazil, for e.g. Kids are extremely expressive and loud in Brazil, loudness on the bus or anywhere in Korea would raise eyebrows and bring reprimanding looks. South Korea is also very homogenous and still not used to foreigners while Brazil is a mixed bag of people and skin shades. Brazilians like bright colors while Koreans dress in browns, greys, neutrals etc. Korean food culture is more developed and more tasty than Brazil’s. However access to a large variety of tasty cheap fruits is more possible in Brazil than Korea.
- Calm and clear minds: enjoying the sound and smell of the rain, not feeling guilty about taking naps, enjoying rest, weaning away from a money mindset, understanding how chasing money contaminates, seeing how easy it is to make things free and abundant, enjoying simple things like combing and grooming one’s own hair, redefining beauty, knowing what truly makes everyone in the family happy
