class=\"tbf-youth-article__opening\">\n      The United States and the nations of Europe are presented as the best\n      examples of modern development.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"tbf-youth-article__advantages\">\n      <p>They have money.<\/p>\n      <p>They have universities.<\/p>\n      <p>They have advanced technology.<\/p>\n      <p>They have large companies.<\/p>\n      <p>They have trained professionals.<\/p>\n      <p>They have powerful governments.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p class=\"tbf-youth-article__central-line\">\n      They have everything they said a nation needed to succeed. Yet they still\n      do not know what to do with millions of young people.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"tbf-youth-article__evidence\">\n      <p class=\"tbf-youth-article__evidence-title\">\n        What the official figures show\n      <\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"tbf-youth-article__stat\">\n        <span class=\"tbf-youth-article__stat-number\">10.8%<\/span>\n\n        <p>\n          In July 2025, the unemployment rate for Americans aged 16 to 24 was\n          <strong>10.8 per cent<\/strong>.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"tbf-youth-article__stat\">\n        <span class=\"tbf-youth-article__stat-number\">\n          2.9 million officially unemployed\n        <\/span>\n\n        <p>\n          In April 2026, about <strong>2.9 million people under 25 were\n          officially unemployed in the European Union<\/strong>. The EU youth\n          unemployment rate was <strong>15.1 per cent<\/strong>.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p class=\"tbf-youth-article__definition\">\n          This count includes only young people who were available for work and\n          actively looking for a job. It does not include every young person\n          outside work.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"tbf-youth-article__stat\">\n        <span class=\"tbf-youth-article__stat-number\">11% NEET<\/span>\n\n        <p>\n          The wider problem is larger. In 2025,\n          <strong>11 per cent of people aged 15 to 29 in the European Union were\n          neither employed nor in education or training<\/strong>.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p class=\"tbf-youth-article__definition\">\n          This group is commonly described as NEET. It includes young people\n          who are outside both employment and education, including some who are\n          not counted in the official unemployment figure.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>\n      These are not nations without schools, electricity, machinery or public\n      institutions.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>These are some of the richest nations on Earth.<\/p>\n\n    <p class=\"tbf-youth-article__question\">So where is their answer?<\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"tbf-youth-article__not-answers\">\n      <p>Telling young people to stay in school longer is not an answer.<\/p>\n\n      <p>Telling them to collect more certificates is not an answer.<\/p>\n\n      <p>Telling them to improve their r\u00e9sum\u00e9s is not an answer.<\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Telling millions of people to compete harder for a limited number of\n        positions is not an answer.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>The problem is not that these nations have nothing.<\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      The problem is that they have not organized what they have into a\n      dependable path for their young people.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"tbf-youth-article__contrast\">\n      <p>They have wealth, but no plan large enough for the generation.<\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        They have technology, but no clear place for millions of young minds\n        and hands.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        They have education, but education does not create a future by itself.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>\n      A highly developed nation should be able to show its young people where\n      they can learn, work, build, take responsibility and form stable\n      families.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      The United States has not built that path on the scale required.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      The European Union has not built that path on the scale required.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>They can offer applications.<\/p>\n\n    <p>They can offer competition.<\/p>\n\n    <p>They can offer waiting and rejection.<\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      But they have not prepared a dependable place in adult life for enough of\n      their young people.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"tbf-youth-article__closing-section\">\n      <p>These nations are not the final answer for humanity.<\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        They are wealthy nations facing a problem they do not know how to\n        solve.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p class=\"tbf-youth-article__closing\">\n        A nation is not the best because it has the most money.
