\n You are some of the people being hit hardest by the 996 work system. Work from 9 in the morning until 9 at night, six days a week, then somehow you are supposed to build a marriage, raise children, enjoy your parents, travel, think, rest and actually live.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n So let me ask you plainly.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Do you have the balls to get out of China?\n <\/div>\n\n

\n I am already here trying to build something different. If you are serious, come build.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n And let me be very clear: I do not have all the fucking answers.<\/strong>\n <\/p>\n\n

\n I do not have some beautiful row of houses already waiting for you. I do not have everything mapped out. I do not have a perfect system sitting here waiting for people to arrive and slot themselves into it.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n I am stepping out in faith too.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n That is the point.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n This is not me sitting somewhere comfortable telling you to take a risk while I take none. I am already trying to build another civilization from where I am, with what I have, figuring things out as I go.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n This is not an invitation to escape one place just to reproduce the same rubbish somewhere else. If a young man wants ten girlfriends, no. If a young woman wants to play games with marriage, no. If either one wants to come and make money the new god again, no.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n But if two people are serious about becoming husband and wife, remaining faithful, raising children, contributing what they know and helping build a civilization where food, housing, transport, healthcare, education, travel and ordinary life become freely accessible, then yes, come.<\/strong>\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n Bring what you know.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Engineering. Manufacturing. Electronics. Construction. Agriculture. Medicine. Machinery. Textiles. Food processing. Software. Logistics. Energy. Water. Teaching. Repair. Whatever you know how to do.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n I do not need more exhausted workers.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n I need people willing to build.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n And no, I cannot tell you exactly how every part is going to work yet.\n <\/p>\n\n
