It is because bad governance has attached shame, delay, shortage, and low standards to free provision.<\/p>\n\n      <p>Then money steps in as the false savior.<\/p>\n\n      <p>The person thinks, \u201cIf I had money, I could go to a good dentist. I could go to a clean place. I could be treated with dignity. I could get pain relief. I could avoid this whole degrading process.\u201d<\/p>\n\n      <p>Sometimes that is true in the immediate situation. Paying may get faster care. Paying may get better surroundings. Paying may get a stocked clinic.<\/p>\n\n      <p>But the deeper lie is that money is the only path to quality.<\/p>\n\n      <p>That is the distraction.<\/p>\n\n      <p>The real correction is not \u201cfree is bad, paid is good.\u201d<\/p>\n\n      <p>The real correction is:<\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"correction\">\n        <p>Free must be excellent.<\/p>\n        <p>Free must be competent.<\/p>\n        <p>Free must be stocked.<\/p>\n        <p>Free must be dignified.<\/p>\n        <p>Free must be beautiful.<\/p>\n        <p>Free must work.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <p>Trott Bailey Family Civilization has to break that old association completely.<\/p>\n\n      <p>Free should not feel like scraps.<\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"ending\">\n        <p>Free should feel like relief.<\/p>\n        <p>Free should feel like order.<\/p>\n        <p>Free should feel like respect.<\/p>\n        <p>Free should feel like, \u201cMy family is not being punished for needing care.\u201d<\/p>\n        <p>Free should feel like civilization doing its job.<\/p>\n\n        <p>Because when free is badly governed, money remains powerful.
