The Trott Bailey Family Civilization is not sitting at the beginning of an idea.

We are not announcing something we hope to think through someday.

We have already spent years designing it.

More than 70 percent of the Trott Bailey Family Civilization’s designed framework has already been authored across its systems, principles, environments, standards, relationships and ways of living.

Much of that work is already public.

Across TrottBaileyFamily.com, 1Drop Photofall and the connected Trott Bailey Family network, the civilization already exists as a substantial body of thought, visual design, planning, media and interconnected systems.

Now we are entering physical implementation.

But implementation must not be misunderstood.

We are not opening a labor drive.

We are not searching for families to carry the burden of establishing our civilization for us.

Early implementation belongs first to the ruling family.

The Trott Bailey Family must demonstrate what it believes.

Aligned families who understand the civilization, meet its family and character standards, and genuinely see themselves living within it may increasingly present themselves for consideration.

But they are being welcomed into a society.

Not recruited into a workforce.

A Real Civilization Has To Become Physical

The Trott Bailey Family Civilization was never intended to remain among essays, intellectual discussions, diagrams or beautiful images.

A civilization has to become physical.

Ideas must become buildings.

Plans must become landscapes.

Systems must become daily life.

Principles must become infrastructure, routines, standards and lived human experience.

That is where we are going now.

What More Than 70 Percent Designed Actually Means

When I say that more than 70 percent of the Trott Bailey Family Civilization has already been designed, I am not reporting progress on an ordinary project checklist.

The percentage tells a much bigger story.

By roughly the first 35 percent, we had already designed enough of the civilization to reach and surpass the civilization-design depth we found in the societies and systems already existing around us.

That got us to the starting line.

We had already challenged inherited assumptions and worked across family life, food, water, learning, health, agriculture, machinery, architecture, public space, human contribution, technology and other major systems.

We were no longer asking only how existing institutions could be improved.

We were asking what human life should actually be like and designing systems outward from that standard.

Then came the next 35 percent.

That took us beyond the inherited civilization map.

We began pushing into relationships between systems, human experiences, environments and standards that were not waiting somewhere in the old world for us to copy.

That second 35 percent was not simply more features.

It was what happens when civilization design stops treating inherited civilization as its ceiling.

And the remaining roughly 30 percent?

That is not a burden hanging over our heads.

That is our delight.

More Than 70 Percent Does Not Mean Every Bolt Is Fixed

When we say more than 70 percent is already designed, we are talking about civilization architecture.

We are not saying every pipe diameter has been selected.

Every planting location fixed.

Every machine chosen.

Every building joint specified.

Every material permanently decided.

Or every physical condition already encountered.

The civilization is substantially authored.

Implementation introduces real geography.

Real soil.

Real weather.

Real engineering.

Real machinery.

Real materials.

Real people.

Those realities refine the design.

They do not replace its direction.

The Remaining 30 Percent Is Our Slug Watching

Elsewhere in this article I will talk about a person discovering that watching and analyzing slugs invigorates their soul.

Well, civilization design is my slug watching.

This is what tickles my fancy.

This is what invigorates my blood.

Especially mine.

I want to know what else can be connected.

What unnecessary burden can disappear.

What human experience has been neglected simply because people inherited the arrangement around it.

What machinery can remove.

What abundance can make ordinary.

What family pressure no longer needs to exist.

What beauty can become normal.

What children can become when we stop designing their lives around eventual employment.

What adults can discover when survival no longer consumes their imagination.

What systems can be redesigned once we stop assuming the inherited version deserves to survive.

Nobody has to force me to do this.

Nobody has to assign it.

Nobody needs to stand over me and demand greater productivity.

I keep going because civilization authorship itself invigorates me.

And that is exactly the kind of relationship to useful human activity that the civilization is designed to protect.

A person fascinated by machines should have room to understand machines.

A person fascinated by trees should have room to know trees deeply.

A person fascinated by slugs should have room to watch slugs.

And a ruling family fascinated by civilization should have room to keep pushing civilization design long after enough has already been established to begin building.

And What Happens At 100 Percent?

I have already asked myself the obvious question.

What happens when we reach 100 percent?

Simple.

I break out of the number.

One hundred percent is useful while I am measuring our design against the inherited world we already know.

But eventually even 100 percent becomes another inherited metric.

Civilization does not suddenly become complete because a progress bar reaches the end.

So after that, I do not intend to keep forcing imagination into a percentage.

I want to see what else society can become.

What happens when money no longer stands at the gate of human life?

What happens when machinery keeps removing repetitive work instead of threatening people’s survival?

What happens when families have time to remain families?

What happens when young people grow up without the same old restrictions placed over their talents?

What happens when fresh youth does not have to squeeze imagination into inherited employment categories?

I have never seen that society either.

None of us has.

We have not yet seen the full human capability that can break forth when old chains are removed together.

We have not seen generations grow with abundance, time, machinery, knowledge, family stability, exploration and space to become extraordinarily good at things no market first instructed them to value.

New capabilities will emerge.

Existing capabilities will deepen.

Children will think of things we did not think of.

Families will discover interests they did not know they had.

People will connect subjects old systems kept apart.

Someone will build something nobody knew to request.

Someone will study something everyone else ignored.

Someone will notice a problem because they finally had enough time to notice it.

What else can human life become?

What are our children seeing that we could not see?

What has abundance made possible that scarcity never allowed humanity to test properly?

What can machinery return to people next?

What can family unity produce across generations?

What have we not imagined yet?

We can remove old chains.

We can establish abundance.

We can protect family life.

We can build conditions for learning, exploration, peace, privacy, usefulness and delight.

Then we get to watch what human beings become inside those conditions.

Especially the young.

No old ceiling already placed over their talents.

No requirement that every gift first prove its profitability.

Not because we finally reached 100 percent.

Exciting times ahead.

Much Of The Evidence Is Already Public

We are not asking prospective families to trust a brochure.

A substantial amount of the civilization is already public enough to inspect.

Look at the work.

Read it.

Search it.

Watch it.

Study how agriculture connects to machinery.

How machinery connects to human time.

How learning connects to ordinary life.

How architecture connects to family privacy.

How water connects to land.

How abundance changes the assumptions beneath work.

How childhood, public life, food, family, technology, beauty and contribution are being designed as parts of one civilization rather than unrelated projects.

Do not present your family because one photograph looked beautiful.

Do not present your family because one article sounded attractive.

Do not present your family because you saw abundance and decided you wanted access to it.

Study the civilization.

Understand what it protects.

Understand what it requires.

Understand its family structure.

Understand its standards.

Understand its direction.

Then decide whether your family truly aligns with it.

Early Implementation Is The Responsibility Of The Ruling Family

Incoming families are not being invited to shoulder the pressure of making the civilization work.

Early implementation will be carried, tested, corrected and sorted through by the ruling family.

That responsibility belongs first to us.

The Trott Bailey Family is the authoring family.

We have been holding the civilization in view across its systems, standards, relationships, contradictions and intended human outcome.

So the difficult first stages of bringing those systems into physical reality are not something we intend to push onto families arriving at the door.

They are entering a society that the ruling family is responsible for establishing.

When a family arrives, the first message should not be:

There will be contribution.

There will be responsibility.

There will be useful things to do.

But the weight of founding implementation belongs first to the ruling family.

The Ruling Family Must Demonstrate Its Founding Beliefs

The ruling family should be the first proof that its civilization principles are workable.

If we teach family unity, we must demonstrate family unity.

If we say one husband and wife holding a shared vision can accomplish extraordinary things together, we must demonstrate it.

If we say vision can move mountains, we must demonstrate what vision can move.

If we say machinery should create ease, we must demonstrate ease.

If we say machinery can multiply human effectiveness, we must show the multiplication.

If we say abundance is easier to create than inherited scarcity systems have trained people to believe, we must create abundance.

If we say human life should not revolve around endless repetitive work, we must build systems that prove it.

If we say families should have time for one another, our civilization must return time to families.

If we say systems should work together rather than dump their contradictions onto human beings, we must demonstrate that coordination physically.

These are responsibilities of the ruling family.

This is what commands respect.

Not titles alone.

Not speeches.

Not asking people to believe us because we call ourselves rulers.

And certainly not shuffling our founding work onto families we are still considering for citizenship.

Then families can judge the civilization by what its ruling family has actually demonstrated.

The ruling family carries the founding weight.

It demonstrates the standards.

It absorbs the difficulty of early implementation.

It turns vision into evidence.

That is what commands respect.

We Are Welcoming Families Into Society, Not A Workforce

We do care about capability.

We want capable families.

But capability does not mean we are collecting workers.

We want to know what your family already knows how to do.

What you have built.

What you have learned.

What you understand.

What skills you possess.

What you have demonstrated.

And we also want to know what you dream of learning.

What you hope to build.

What you are curious about.

What you have always wanted enough time to explore.

Every honest skill matters.

Including the ones you consider humble.

A person who can repair a pump matters.

A person who understands soil matters.

A person who can sew matters.

A person who knows children well matters.

A person who edits video matters.

A person who understands machines matters.

A person who cooks beautifully matters.

A person who observes carefully matters.

And a person who has not yet discovered what truly invigorates them matters too.

Who We Mean By Family

When we say aligned, capable families are welcome to present themselves, we mean families with a clear and established marriage structure.

That includes an adult man and an adult woman who are legally married to each other.

Married men and women with one child or several children, where all of those children are the offspring of both husband and wife.

Whole extended families with an established marriage structure across generations are also welcome—for example, married grandparents, their married adult children, and the children of those adult couples who are still living under their household authority.

Within each marriage, any children in that household must be the children of both husband and wife.

Faithful common-law marriages may also be considered, but couples must be willing to formalize their marriage within the civilization.

Where children are present, those children must be the offspring of both partners.

We are not referring to blended-family arrangements in which one spouse has children with another person, the other spouse has children with someone else, and the couple later forms a household together.

We are not referring to:

That is not the family structure being invited into the Trott Bailey Family Civilization.

The family structure must be clear: husband and wife, faithful to one another, with their children belonging to that marriage.

And this family standard is not separate from civilization design.

Family structure is one of the things the civilization is deliberately protecting.

Capability Alone Is Not Enough

Capability matters.

But capability without character can damage a civilization.

Character matters.

Marriage faithfulness matters.

Family order matters.

Respect for human bodies matters.

Respect for privacy matters.

Respect for peace matters.

Respect for children matters.

Willingness to carry responsibility matters.

Those presenting themselves must genuinely be willing to live within the standards of the Trott Bailey Family Civilization.

That includes lifelong faithfulness to one’s spouse.

We are not asking people to pretend agreement because they like what the civilization offers.

We are not trying to convince everyone to fit inside the civilization.

Rest. Find Yourself.

Suppose you are accepted.

You arrive as an excellent video production editor.

You have years of experience.

You have a portfolio strong enough to prove exactly what you can do.

Wonderful.

That capability is appreciated.

But that does not mean the moment you enter the civilization somebody pushes you toward a screen and says:

Recover parts of yourself that old survival systems kept buried.

Take time to retrain old thinking.

Take years, where necessary, to discover what actually interests you.

You already proved that you can edit video.

Good.

Now perhaps you discover something else about yourself.

Perhaps You Love Slugs

Maybe one afternoon you start watching slugs.

You watch them move.

You study them inside their shells.

Outside their shells.

Across different stages of their lives.

You start noticing differences everyone else walks past.

You realize that watching and analyzing slugs invigorates your soul.

That matters.

That is allowed too.

That is part of the point.

We Want To Get At The Heart Of The True You

Old systems spend enormous energy digging into people for economic usefulness.

The Trott Bailey Family Civilization wants to go deeper.

We are interested in proven capability.

We are also interested in curiosity.

Interests.

Dreams.

Questions.

Things you hope to learn.

Things you hope to build.

Things you have not figured out yet.

This is how we get closer to the true person underneath inherited survival conditioning.

Not by constantly digging into people for more output.

Machinery Should Create Ease

We grow food in mass quantities.

It should abound in even greater quantities.

We use machinery to make our lives easier.

Machines should multiply effectiveness.

Technology should remove unnecessary burden.

Redundant repetitive work should increasingly become forgotten work.

That is progress.

If a machine can remove thousands of hours of repetitive human labor, our first response should not be panic over what those human beings will now do for employment.

Or stare at slugs for three hours because you find them absolutely fascinating.

Human time does not need to be constantly justified through production.

Contribution Remains. Survival Coercion Does Not.

A civilization still has to be cared for.

Food systems require attention.

Buildings require maintenance.

Machines need care.

Children need teaching and protection.

Knowledge needs to grow.

Land needs stewardship.

People care for one another.

Useful things still need to be done.

Responsibility does not disappear.

But contribution is not the same thing as keeping every adult permanently busy.

A money-free civilization does not mean a contribution-free civilization.

It means useful contribution can be separated from the threat of losing access to human life.

People can contribute from capability.

Interest.

Responsibility.

Discovery.

Civilization need.

Developing expertise.

And the changing seasons of their own lives.

A new mother does not have to behave like a machine.

An older person does not have to keep proving economic usefulness.

Someone learning something new does not have to justify every hour through immediate output.

A family in a period of restoration does not need an institution standing over it demanding productivity.

There is room for human life.

Building Does Not Replace Authorship

Physical implementation will teach us things.

Real land will expose conditions.

Real soil will answer questions.

Climate will matter.

Real machinery will teach us where designs need refinement.

Materials will expose tradeoffs.

Human experience will reveal things no presentation board can.

That does not mean authorship has ended.

The ruling family continues holding the whole civilization in view while implementation proceeds.

One system cannot be allowed to grow while quietly damaging another.

A technical solution cannot become acceptable simply because it is technically impressive.

A supposedly efficient system that steals family life is not efficient by our civilization standard.

A building that undermines privacy is not successful merely because it stands.

A machine that solves one problem while creating unnecessary human burden has not finished solving the problem.

And the governing standard remains:

We Are Not Looking For The Largest Population

The purpose is not to collect as many people as possible.

Numbers do not prove civilization quality.

A large population that does not align with the civilization can damage what is being built faster than it can strengthen it.

The Trott Bailey Family Civilization is selective.

That is intentional.

Families should present themselves because they have examined the civilization, understand its standards, align with its family structure, and genuinely see themselves living within what is being established.

Not because they want land.

Not because they want food.

Not because they want comfort.

Not because the environments look beautiful.

Show us what you have demonstrated.

Tell us about the skills you think are impressive.

Tell us about the skills you think are humble.

Tell us what interests your husband.

Tell us what invigorates your wife.

Tell us what your children love.

Tell us what your family dreams of building.

Tell us what you are curious about.

Tell us what you still have not figured out.

Tell us what kind of family you have become.

Incoming families are not being called to rescue that work.

They are being considered for citizenship in the society emerging from it.

And leave room to discover parts of yourself you have never met before.

We have heavily authored the civilization.

And after that?

We intend to find out just how far human life can actually go.
