Tideechi
The Tideechi Design Library records the detailed design intelligence behind the complete Tideechi birthing system of Trott Bailey Family Civilization.
It documents the architectural bodies, birthing organs, comfort systems, medical-support interfaces, postpartum-care mechanisms, materials and operational relationships that make Tideechi function as a coherent birthing environment.
Individual designs may continue to develop, but accepted and locked records provide the foundation from which later Tideechi work proceeds.

Core Component Records
Forward-Lean Arch
Accepted Core OrganThe Forward-Lean Arch is a low, curved support integrated into Tideechi birth terrain.
It gives the mother somewhere substantial to bend over, rest her forearms or chest, grip, kneel behind, stand behind and transfer part of her body weight during contractions.
- Approachable without climbing.
- Usable from standing, kneeling and transitional positions.
- Does not obstruct maternity-team access.
- Compatible with directed water, Breeze, back pressure and husband/support assistance.
- Belongs to the architecture rather than appearing as a separate hospital rail.
Birth Receiving Ground
System Logic LockedThe Birth Receiving Ground is the purpose-designed terrain where the mother can complete the final stage of birth without being forced onto a conventional raised delivery bed.
Its core principle is: terrain, not a bed.

- Soft enough for kneeling, side positions and direct body contact.

Newborn Receiving Edge
Core Logic LockedThe Newborn Receiving Edge keeps immediate newborn care beside the mother rather than creating unnecessary distance.
It is designed to support drying, wrapping, warming, assessment and additional stabilization when required, while maintaining rapid access back to the mother.
Ground-Rise Final-Care Recliner
System Anatomy LockedThe Ground-Rise Final-Care Recliner is the authored postpartum-care body positioned directly beside the Birth Receiving Ground.
It begins low, receives the mother immediately after birth, supports final maternal care and then becomes the same mobile body that transfers her into the adjoining private family room.

It allows cleaning, used-material removal, drainage service, restocking and room reset to happen without sending service activity through the family recovery room.

Water Logic LockedTideechi Water provides directed water comfort during labour without turning the entire room into a wet environment.
Water is used for comfort. Tideechi does not use underwater birth as its birthing method.

Cheerful Marine Bloom — Breeze Variant
AcceptedBreeze Tideechi uses authored architectural air organs to move comfort air around the labouring mother.
Its spatial logic is:
quiet central body → maternal support zone → breathing perimeter → clear outer care path

- Face, shoulders, back, hips and legs can receive different air support.
- Warm, neutral or cool airflow.
- Steady or pulsed airflow.

- Newborn Warm Mode protects the baby from excessive cooling.
Breeze organs may appear as gill mouths, branching fins, feather-like outlets, plume forms, blossom forms or porous rib bands.
Tideechi Medical Pain Relief
Tideechi Medical Pain Relief allows the mother to receive medication-based pain relief without automatically converting Tideechi into a high-intervention environment.
Light Medication Support
For mothers who want some reduction in pain while preserving as much ordinary movement, communication and comfort choice as clinically appropriate.
IV Analgesia Support
Provides discreet IV access, compact pump docking, line management and appropriate observation without surrounding the mother with unnecessary equipment.
Injected Medication Support
Provides medication preparation, safe administration, used-material handling, observation and comfortable rest support.
Inhaled Pain Relief
Uses a dedicated breathing interface with a controlled tubing route that can remain accessible across different labour positions.
Neuraxial Support
Supports epidural, spinal or related neuraxial care with stronger monitoring, assisted positioning and protected movement.
Mixed Medical Pain Relief
Allows the mother’s pain-relief method to change as labour changes.
Medical Relief Spine
WorkingThe Medical Relief Spine is a compact built-in Tideechi organ that consolidates medical-support infrastructure rather than scattering it around the room.
It may contain or connect:
- medication-support equipment;
- IV pump docking;
- maternal monitoring;
- oxygen access where required;
- inhaled analgesia connections;
- electrical power;
- documentation interface;
- cable and tubing management.
Equipment not currently needed remains visually quiet or closed.
Assisted / Neuraxial Support Nest
WorkingWhen stronger positioning support becomes necessary, Tideechi can activate a more substantial support body without requiring the mother to leave the birthing environment.

Volcanic Coastal Tideechi
Volcanic Coastal Tideechi is an accepted Tideechi architectural and material species. Its identity comes from compact scale, strong material contrast, sculptural birthing organs and an intimate relationship between family space and clinical capability.
Durable ground, walls, containment rims, birth-terrain structure and other mineral surfaces.
Light-catching inlay, detail and recognizable species identity.
Functional seams, mechanical routes, joints and refined directional detailing.
