Hiring Talent competition

Sher Trott Bailey is looking for a highly skilled workforce (The Best Fashion Talents) to be employed in the Fashion World of the Trott Bailey Kingdom. The consideration process to become a member of her team requires you to exhibit your fashion & sewing talents. Applications from all over the world are accepted.

  1. You must recreate any one of Sher’s Fashion Designs. You can see the gallery below.
  2. Sher Trott Bailey will personally Judge the competition through video submissions of your design process and journey. Your video should exhibit at minimum: your thought process, your pattern cuts, your sewing process and overall finished product and fit on a model. Any extra talent or innovation in textile, dyeing, or embellishing to enhance the design is also welcomed. Remember Sher really wants to see your talent and your interpretation of her designs.
  3. You will be judged on the following criteria: Level of Craftsmanship, Fabric choices, Sewing skills, Overall impression.
  4. Single Entries and team Entries are all allowed. Selected entrants will have their videos broadcasted on Trott Bailey family oasis video platforms to billions of people worldwide, so make sure you are comfortable with that before entering.
  5. Sher Trott Bailey will judge the finalists and all finalists along with their garments will meet with her personally
