Here Is the Work
For four articles, I have shown you the situation young people.
Your countries do not have enough work for you.
They do not have a clear plan to create enough work.
Responsibility keeps being passed around while young people are told to wait, study longer, apply again and keep hoping.
Years pass.
The Trott Bailey Family proposes a different answer.
We are building a civilization.
You can already see it.
The plans, systems, buildings, garments, machines, orchards, transport, homes, Care-Ports, public places and ways of living are displayed across the Trott Bailey Family 1Drop Photofall.
It is not one employment programme.
It is not one factory.
It is not one company offering a few vacancies.
It is a complete civilization that must be physically built across Earth. That is the work.
The fact that it has not all been physically built yet is not a disadvantage.
That is the reason it can employ so many people.
The orchards must be planted.
The food systems must be operated.
The buildings must be constructed.
The garments must be made.
The machines must be built.
The roads and transport routes must be developed.
The Care-Ports must be established.
The homes, workshops, laboratories, public spaces and child-care systems must be brought into physical existence.
Then all of these systems must be operated, repaired, improved and expanded.
This work is not limited to one type of person.
It needs farmers, builders, designers, engineers, cooks, drivers, teachers, caregivers, scientists, cleaners, machine operators, textile workers, writers, artists, organizers and inventors.
It also needs people whose abilities have not yet been discovered.
Trott Bailey Family Civilization has enough range and depth to give every young person on Earth meaningful work suited to their abilities.
We are not asking young people to compete for the few positions left by the old world.
We are offering them the work of building a new one.
You do not have to imagine whether the plan exists.
You can see it.
