  • You are most welcome Maha and yes, jump ropes work. It is high reps and low weight. It will definitely work but start with jumping jacks that targets the arms more while the jump works is a bit more legs

    Maha, the best way to lose arm fat is to do high rep workout. workout without weights. Simple jumping jacks multiple times per day will certainly help. We do not advice using weights to lose weight but mainly to build muscles.
