3.3 Billion Young People and No Serious Plan
About 3.3 billion people on Earth are under the age of 25.
That is roughly four out of every ten human beings.
They are children, teenagers and young adults. They are growing every day. They need food, homes, clothing, education, tools, useful skills, strong families and meaningful work.
They also need a clear place in the future.
The nations have not prepared one.
Where are the farms, orchards, workshops, laboratories, building programmes, clothing houses, transport systems and public-care systems where this generation can learn, work and build?
Where is the useful work?
Where is the responsibility?
Where is the plan?
A serious civilization does not raise billions of children and then leave them to fight over a small number of opportunities.
It prepares for them.
It develops land.
It builds homes.
It creates tools and industries.
It teaches useful skills.
It gives people real work to do.
The governments running the world have not done this on the scale required.
The young are not the problem.
They were born with minds that can learn, hands that can build and abilities that can be developed.
The failure belongs to leaders who received land, people, knowledge, machinery, science and natural resources, but still cannot explain what billions of young people are supposed to do with their lives.
The Trott Bailey Family does not see this generation as a burden.
We see billions of people who need land, tools, training, useful work and a serious place in the future.
Earth does not have too many young people.
Earth has too few leaders with work worthy of them.
