  • İ think it’s a matter of reducing belly fat on your sides if your going to see those muscles. I’m all for unconventional exercises like rowing rather than just gym workouts. Running and walking and twisting to get those deeper muscles

    The best abs workout is to do pull ups using your legs but it’s hard. But planks are good too especially as you get stronger and start to modify your planks for increased difficulty

    With so many people moving to the big citiesike İstanbul and giving up farming and animal herding i have gotten a lot of orders for goat and beef meat
